Job description

Mission: Responsible for the application and management of standardized manufacturing production methods. Strong involvement in continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strict application of standardized processes in manufacturing production, including basic maintenance processes.
• Act as a strong contributor to continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Activities

• Identify and communicate any risks regarding health, safety, quality, and environment to the Team Leader, including reporting all incidents and near misses.
• Know the recommended gestures to perform standard operating modes.
• Suggest proposals to improve operating modes.
• Ensure the quality of operations by controlling and respecting standards.
• Apply escalation processes in case of deviations related to environment, quality, or performance.
• Ensure proper recording of barriers and performance in Red Green follow-up.
• Maintain Level 1 & Level 2 qualifications for key systems.
• Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Education: English B1 proficiency.
• Experience Level: Less than 3 years, typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.
• Schedule: Full-time.
