Job Summary

The Production Manager for the medium voltage (MV) factory is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of MV Switchgear and RMU, including planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and contract handovers. This role ensures adherence to technical and quality standards, supervises operational processes, and drives continuous improvement through quality analysis and corrective actions.

This role is based in the 3rd Industrial City, Dammam.

Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do

• Oversees the production plan and implementation of MV Switchgear and RMU production.
• Handles contract handover analysis, detailed production planning and scheduling, FAT, packaging, and loading.
• Implements the technical and quality management standards of Saudi factories in the production process.
• Establishes production management rules and duties at all levels, ensures their communication, and supervises their implementation.
• Enforces the production process and operational instructions, ensures their communication, supervises their execution, and provides reasonable suggestions.
• Accepts quality inspections throughout the process by the quality department and ensures improvement and implementation.
• Participates in product quality problem analysis and implements corrective measures.
• Manages procurement requirements for the safety store, conventional materials, and standard parts.
• Organizes the maintenance of production line equipment and oversees planning and management of production safety and labor protection materials.
• Supervises behavior safety management for all workshop teams.

Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Experience in production management, scheduling and planning of medium voltage (MV) Switchgear and RMU.
• Familiarity with metal sheet, copper bar processing, gas tank welding, powder coating, secondary wiring, assembly, testing and commissioning of production processes and control points at all levels of medium voltage (MV) switchgear and RMU.
• More than 10 years of production management experience in medium voltage (MV) switchgear and RMU.
• Capable of team organization and management.
• Ability to handle pressure.
• English working language communication ability.
