Production Manager – Events & Exhibitions

Job Description:

• Solution oriented production approach to meet budgets and execution time frames.
• Leads and manages all pre-production, set up, and breakdown of assigned events under the supervision of and in coordination with the whole team (client / coordinator / designer / technical team).
• Liaising with the team to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
• Making sure goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Estimating costs and preparing budgets.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.).
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.).
• Ensure output meets deadlines while enforcing health and safety precautions.

Requirements & Skills:

• Deep knowledge of production in the events and exhibitions industry.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic / English / Hindi.
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, and other related software.
• Preparation of production files and CNC files.
