Production Manager

He should be responsible for all production operations and lead the production team according to their tasks.
He should be able to decrease production waste and find alternative ways of production to save costs.
He can cooperate with the SALES & Marketing department to assure that we will work at full capacity.

Skills

He should have a degree in agricultural engineering or equivalent.
He has completed courses in dough treatments.
He has completed courses in quality and safety.
He has experience in bakery products (bread, cakes, sweets, etc.).
He knows how to manage manual and automatic production operations.
He has Arabic and English communication skills.
