Role Summary

The Production Manager will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal resource management, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, industrial expertise, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and supervise daily production programs.
2. Assist the Plant Industrial Manager in executing the production plan (volume, mix, timing).
3. Ensure smooth and safe start-up of new machinery and production lines.
4. Monitor production processes and address technical issues or anomalies.
5. Manage personnel, machinery, materials, and services effectively.
6. Coordinate with Quality teams to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
7. Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and legal standards.
8. Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability across the team.
9. Lead onboarding and on-the-job training programs for new team members.
10. Ensure employees are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) frameworks is advantageous
