• Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Role Summary

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, optimal resource management, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, industrial expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Production Programs

• Implement and supervise daily production programs.
• Assist the Plant Industrial Manager in executing the production plan (volume, mix, timing).
• Ensure smooth and safe start-up of new machinery and production lines.

Production Control

• Monitor production processes and address any technical issues or anomalies.
• Manage personnel, machinery, materials, and services effectively.
• Coordinate with Quality teams to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and legal standards.
• Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability across the team.

Human Resources Support

• Lead onboarding and on-the-job training programs for new team members.
• Ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
