The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the production process to ensure construction materials and components are manufactured efficiently, meeting quality standards and project specifications.
- Develop and implement production schedules, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and control manufacturing costs, analyzing financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures to stay within budget constraints.
- Oversee the financial performance of manufacturing operations, including budgeting and cost analysis.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve product quality and performance.
- Lead production engineering activities, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
- Develop and implement production techniques, tools, and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve production issues and enhance product quality.
- Conducts a fair performance review for subordinates and provides constructive feedback.
- Oversees the training and development needed for division's effective operations and subordinates' career development.
- Sets goals and objectives for division and subordinates, delegates duties and responsibilitiesand tracks progress towards successful achievement.
- Promotes a positive team spirit by motivating subordinates to reach their full potential.
- Responsible for the division's manpower resource planning and assists the HR division in the recruitment and selection process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- PMP(mandatory PMI) or Six Sigma Green Belt (mandatory ASQ/IASSC)
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory ASQ/IASCC)
