Job Description:

1. Investigate and recommend modifications to facilities and changes in operating methods to solve problems related to wells, well equipment, and production facilities, ensuring well integrity and safety.
2. Review well test data to provide analysis, verify accuracy, and ensure applicability.
3. Determine optimal production rates for well performance, improve yield, and maintain safety and integrity for long-term sustainability.
4. Analyze field operating problems of wells, facilities, and equipment; conduct studies to optimize well and field performance.
5. Recommend adjustments to daily and weekly oil production rates to meet shipping schedules.
6. Provide ongoing advice and instructions on production rates, well rotation, and shutdowns to meet production targets and sustain well performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
