Job summary

Ce poste est essentiel pour planifier et optimiser les processus de production, tout en garantissant la qualité et la conformité aux normes réglementaires. Le candidat idéal aura un baccalauréat en ingénierie, 8 ans d'expérience, et une forte capacité à diriger des équipes tout en respectant les lois et les coutumes saoudiennes.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de production.
• Connaissance solide des processus de fabrication et de la réglementation HSE.
• Certification en Lean Manufacturing ou Six Sigma souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Planifier et exécuter les horaires de production pour répondre à la demande client.
• Superviser et motiver le personnel de production.

Job description

•Production Planning and Execution:

oDevelop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.

oMonitor production processes and ensure adherence to production plans and timelines.

oOptimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize output and minimize downtime.

oIdentify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

oEnsure that production complies with SASO standards.

•Team Leadership and Management:

oSupervise and motivate production staff, including operators, technicians, and supervisors.

oProvide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.

oConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

oFoster a positive and safe work environment.

oEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor law.

•Quality Control and Assurance:

oImplement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.

oConduct regular quality checks and inspections.

oIdentify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

oEnsure adherence to ISO standards if applicable.

•Process Improvement and Optimization:

oIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.

oImplement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

oMonitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

oImplement preventative maintenance procedures.

•Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

oEnsure compliance with all Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and company policies.

oPromote a culture of safety awareness and implement effective safety programs.

oConduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

oEnsure proper handling and disposal of waste materials.

•Inventory Management:

oMonitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.

oCoordinate with procurement and logistics departments to ensure timely availability of materials.

oImplement and maintain accurate inventory control systems.

•Reporting and Communication:

oPrepare and present regular reports on production performance, including output, efficiency, and quality metrics.

oCommunicate effectively with other departments, including maintenance, quality, and logistics.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree better in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and HSE regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian labor law.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to the factory's operations.
