How You’ll Make An Impact- Define the working phase sequence of new production processes to meet targeted product costs and equipment investment budgets.
- Introduce new processes and products into production.
- Lead the ramp-up activities for new processes and products.
- Develop jigs and tools, ensuring they are properly located and maintained.
- Create work instructions and standardize processes.
- Support production during internal/external process and equipment start-up, participate in action plan development, and train maintenance and production teams.
- Instruct, coach, and train co-workers and shop floor staff in lean manufacturing and new processes.
- Evaluate new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction; lead testing activities and select external providers.
- Prepare technical documentation on process phases, methods, and cycle times.
- Manage process documentation, KPIs, traceability parameters, and safety instructions.
- Provide updated process and technical documentation to Supply Chain Management to support supplier evaluations and agreements.
- Lead Top (Transfer of Product and Technology) activities at the operational level (Assembly & Testing).
- Develop suppliers for jigs/fixtures and manage purchase requisitions via IP portal and SAP.
- Implement 5S and Kaizen approaches.
- Ensure production methods, cycle-times, equipment performance, and materials meet production targets.
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure production processes meet project targets.
- Apply lean tools and techniques within the GPS framework.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager to fulfill job requirements.

Your background- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or fabrication environments.
- Deep understanding of lean concepts and application of lean Six Sigma tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and mathematical abilities.
- Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across diverse groups globally.
- Strong training, presentation, and leadership skills, with experience training production staff in classroom or shopfloor settings.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
