A leading company in digital advertising seeks a Production Coordinator to support the production of user-generated video content. You will manage creators, coordinate projects, and ensure compliance with rights management. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for digital content creation.
As the Production Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end production process for user-generated video content. Working closely with producers, editors, creators, and the strategy team, you will help source, manage, and deliver high-quality UGC assets for digital campaigns. UGC Sourcing & Management
-Identify, vet, and onboard creators and influencers for UGC campaigns.
- Manage communication and content briefs to creators ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Track deliverables and ensure timely receipt and quality of content.
Production Support
- Assist in scheduling, shot lists, call sheets, and production documentation.
- Organize footage and metadata for post-production workflows.
- Support video editing teams by ensuring assets are properly catalogued and accessible.
Project Coordination
- Maintain project timelines, checklists, and deliverable trackers.
- Coordinate between creative, media, and account teams to align production with campaign goals.
- Help troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed.
Compliance & Rights Management
- Ensure all user-generated content is cleared for use, including licensing, usage rights, and creator agreements.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital content production, preferably with a focus on UGC or influencer content.
- Solid understanding of video production processes and digital advertising workflows.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or social media talent is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with content platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Basic video editing knowledge (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
