Job Requirements for Production Project Associate at MDLBEAST

To be considered for the Production Project Associate role at MDLBEAST in the Events department, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field

• Minimum of 2 years of successful production management experience

• Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia preferred

• Experience in developing varied and engaging events

• Experience in festival production

• Proficiency in Vectorworks/AutoCad beneficial

• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel

• Experience in ongoing operational cost reduction and efficiency

• Experience in tendering and supplier management

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of production professionals

• Proven International procurement ability

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills

• Strong financial management skills

• Fluent in English
