ChampionX has an immediate need for a Production Associate based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the daily production, testing, material transfer, packing, and labelling operations, ensuring safety for oneself, colleagues, and the environment. The role also emphasizes timeliness, cleanliness, and productivity, requiring the implementation of best practices across production platforms. It involves multi-functional tasks including production, quality checking, and warehousing operations.

What You Will Do
  • Adhere to company policies on quality, safety, health, and environment, along with local regulations.
  • Participate in daily meetings, awareness sessions, and training.
  • Follow written work instructions, procedures, and verbal directions from supervisors.
  • Operate production equipment as instructed.
  • Report equipment breakdowns or malfunctions.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Manage material transfer, labeling, and raw material consumption.
  • Conduct material sampling for quality control.
  • Ensure personal and team safety by complying with regulations.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and minor maintenance.
  • Report unsafe acts, conditions, spills, or material releases.
  • Maintain safe chemical storage practices.
  • Operate forklifts after proper training and certification.
Minimum Education And Experience
  • Diploma in Chemical or Industrial Fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant industrial experience.
