This position reports to

Local/Hub Division Manager

Your role and responsibilities
  1. Robot Programming and Integration. a.) Program and optimize robots for various BIW applications. b.) Robot integration knowledge with process equipment, PLCs, and other automation systems.
  2. Troubleshooting. a.) Diagnose and resolve issues related to robots.
  3. Documentation and Reporting. a.) Maintain detailed records of programming changes, troubleshooting actions, and system configurations. b.) Report progress and issues to project managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  4. Collaboration. a.) Work closely with CEER’s engineering teams, LB’s, and other stakeholders. b.) Provide all needed technical assistance on robots during installation and production phases.
  5. Health & Safety. Apply safety rules, safe practices, and environmental responsibilities.
  6. Leadership. Take initiative to learn related knowledge, apply it to work, and share with teammates. Be proactive and maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the role
  • Diploma / Degree / Master in any Engineering field
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in site management in Automotive Line Builders
  • Excellent business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about robotic automation business
  • Ability to apply soft skills (e.g., communication, marketing skills) at the workplace
