Promoting and selling the company's products to new and existing customers by visiting them regularly. The Product Specialist also involves performing after-sales support functions such as conducting in-service training, following up on collections, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform consultative sales with prospects, identifying or creating needs for Imdad products and updating customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Schedule appointments and meet with existing and new customers to promote products and identify new opportunities.
- Generate and develop new client accounts.
- Conduct professional demonstrations or presentations of products or services at customer sites, applying successful negotiation and closing techniques.
- Gather and update information about prospects and clients, including ownership, relevant equipment, and contact details.
- Submit weekly sales and marketing reports in a timely manner.
- Assist in following up on accounts receivables for responsible sales accounts.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key decision-makers, doctors, and customer personnel, working to enhance these relationships.
- Utilize sales aids and marketing data effectively to secure deals.
- Attend conferences and workshops as required.
- Perform professional in-service training for end users on system applications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, events, and pricing changes.
