QuidelOrtho has a new opening for a Product Specialist IH in Saudi Arabia to support our customers. Due to our strong commercial success and high growth expectations, we are looking to hire top talent to join us on this exciting journey and support our expansion plans for 2024 and beyond!

Your new role :

The Product Specialist is a key member of the country team, working closely with the Business Manager and Field Engineers. In addition to their role as Product Specialist, they act as a Laboratory Specialist, liaising with and monitoring the work of QuidelOrtho Distributors in the country. They interact with and support customers in the market, as well as LSs, FEs, Sales, and Marketing teams from distributors. They document and escalate issues internally according to QuidelOrtho processes.

What you'll be doing in your new role :

1. Participate in assay troubleshooting and re-training to resolve customer issues.
2. Escalate complex issues to the Technical Solutions Center following established procedures.
3. Manage and coordinate product support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
4. Support the sales team with technical expertise to define and demonstrate the value of QuidelOrtho’s solutions. Collaborate with sales teams to deliver demos to potential customers.
5. Monitor the customer base and work to maximize customer retention by ensuring satisfaction.
6. Respond to requests, and support operations through demos, presentations, on-site support, and assistance to Business Managers.

The individual :

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Lab Technician or in Blood Bank.

Fluency in English.

Strong influencing and persuasion skills.

This role is based in Saudi Arabia.
