Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Understand the healthcare marketplace in Saudi Arabia, including the payer environment, customer & accounts priorities, patient, product, and monetary flows, patient disease states, and therapeutic options.
• Analyze business trends, market dynamics, patient, product, and monetary flows; prioritize opportunities; build territory and account plans; and secure needed resources.
• Execute territory and account plans; achieve goals and objectives; take timely actions; and regularly evaluate and adjust plans as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment is a PLUS.
• Understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in the relevant market.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership without legitimate authority.

The candidate should hold Saudi Citizenship. The position is based in the Eastern Region (Khobar/Dammam).
