Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Product Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for Intelmatix's enterprise AI product offerings. This role is ideal for candidates with 4-6 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of how to navigate enterprise accounts and close consultative deals.
The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term clients, and expanding existing accounts. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions that solve real-world business problems using Intelmatix's decision intelligence products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Intelmatix's standardized product offerings (EDIX suite) across key sectors (retail, logistics, QSR, manufacturing, real estate, etc.).
- Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement & Account Growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client challenges and position Intelmatix's products as the right-fit solution.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
Collaboration & Solution Development
- Work with product, technical, and analytics teams to craft compelling proposals and value-driven demonstrations.
- Provide client feedback to support product improvement and roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor messaging and lead generation strategies.
Sales Reporting & Tools
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline forecasts in the CRM system.
- Regularly report on progress against targets, customer insights, and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience selling into sectors such as retail, logistics, real estate, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and stakeholder management.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
