Role:
The Product Manager will work closely with management to plan, develop, and grow the business in targeted markets. They will support sales teams in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare business plans for related products to help the company achieve its short- and long-term objectives.
- Provide continuous feedback to management regarding demand, market share, prices, forecasting, stock levels, market fluctuations, and projects.
- Train sales teams and transfer product know-how.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to study inquiries and prepare quotations as needed.
- Participate in marketing activities to promote awareness and products.
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations.
- Work with the Commercial Manager and Area Sales Managers to increase market share.
- Maintain awareness and product knowledge among clients and sales teams.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented.
- Handle other assignments as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Engineering, Metallurgical preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales, marketing, and business development.
- At least 3 years of experience managing products in the Saudi market.
- Experience in other markets is advantageous.
- Team player with strong managerial skills.
- Excellent network of stockists and traders.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in MS Office.
