Product Manager, Performance Reporting

Position Objectives:

• This position will be responsible for overseeing the financial, pricing, and forecasting aspects of fiber products, and ensuring accurate performance reporting across the product portfolio.
• The Product Manager will work closely with other teams to track and report on the performance of fiber products, including customer satisfaction, pricing strategy, and sales performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial analysis and pricing strategies for the fiber product portfolio.
• Work with the pricing team (WBU) to review pricing models and identify opportunities for optimization to increase profitability.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for fiber products, providing regular updates to senior management on revenue projections, cost estimations, and expected sales performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product sales, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
• Provide actionable insights based on product performance data.
• Use financial and market data to provide recommendations on product adjustments, pricing changes, and performance improvements.
• Ensure that data is collected accurately and reported in a timely manner.
• Work with sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to gather data, align on performance metrics, and ensure that reporting reflects the latest business insights and trends.
• Conduct regular product performance reviews and business case assessments to determine opportunities for optimization or new product development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years in product management, with strong expertise in financial reporting, pricing strategies, and forecasting for fiber or telecom products.
• Deep understanding of financial, pricing, and forecasting concepts related to wholesale fiber products.
• Strong experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
