Job description

Product Manager, Loyalty and Subscription at Tabby

We are seeking a Product Manager based in Saudi Arabia to lead the development and expansion of our loyalty services, rewards, and Tabby+ subscription product. Our vision is to become a daily-use financial service, and we need a passionate, driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and scalable digital experience for millions of customers.

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap to optimize product activation processes.
  2. Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
  3. Coordinate with legal, compliance, security, and core teams to ensure products meet local regulations and security standards while fostering innovation.
  4. Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  5. Act as the liaison between engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure alignment.
  6. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  7. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and improvements.
  8. Analyze activation data to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for enhancement.
  9. Oversee the launch of new features, coordinating with marketing and communications to ensure effective messaging and user adoption.
  10. Possess familiarity with Saudi Arabia's market specifics and cultural context.
  11. Have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with expertise in subscriptions, loyalty programs, rewards, or digital financial services, including mobile banking.
  12. Proven success in managing complex product lifecycles and delivering impactful products.
  13. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  14. Fluent in English.
