This opportunity will see you collaborate with our Guest Experience, Product Design, Content, and Marketing teams to ideate and bring to life features that will delight both guests and staff alike.

You'll be at the helm of transforming concepts into stunning, functional designs, working within a strong design language that enhances our digital presence and sets the stage for innovation.

Yours is a role that will not only develop and refine design guidelines but also keep our design system up to date and accessible to the entire organisation.

Whether it's maintaining libraries in Figma or training the team on how to integrate design principles into their work, you must ensure that everyone is aligned and working from the same creative playbook.

By working closely with various key stakeholders, you'll help craft and support business cases for digital product and service enhancements, ensuring they're not just ideas, but actionable, valuable experiences that elevate our brand.

About You

Degree qualified, you must demonstrate a minimum 7 years of experience as a UX/UI Design Lead, where you've successfully turned ideas into standout, customer-facing products and scaled them to achieve significant growth.

Your proven track record in driving product-led growth in the B2C space will be key as you build products that truly make an impact.

You must demonstrate an understanding of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie, Abstract, etc.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you have 2+ years of design system management experience, preferably having built or scaled a design language from scratch.
