It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.
As Riyadh Air continues its journey to redefine the future of air travel, we are looking for a Product Manager, Booking Flow to lead the development and optimisation of our digital booking experience. Shaping a seamless, intelligent and conversion focused, booking journeys are paramount, ensuring a booking journey that not only delights our guests but also drives commercial success.
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our end-to-end digital booking flows from offer selection to confirmation. Working at the intersection of guest-facing UX and backend platform capability, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across design, development, pricing, loyalty, ancillaries, and payments to deliver a best-in-class booking experience that aligns with Riyadh Air’s retailing and revenue goals.
In partnership with UX designers, engineers, data analysts, and commercial teams to ensure every step of the booking experience is streamlined, personalised, and optimised for performance. From discovery and research to feature definition, sprint execution, and post-launch analysis, you’ll ensure Riyadh Air’s booking flow stands out for its simplicity, intelligence, and operational readiness.
From dynamic offers to cart orchestration and servicing logic, you will be at the forefront of innovation in airline retailing.
Degree qualified with a passion for creating intuitive and high-performing digital travel experiences. With minimum 7 years of experience in product management preferably within the airline or online travel agency, you have a strong command of airline booking models, including NDC, merchandising workflows, and cart architecture.
Brings a strategic mindset with the ability to define clear product visions and translate them into executable roadmaps. You are experienced in driving discovery processes, crafting PRDs, managing backlogs, and collaborating in agile cross-functional teams to bring new features to life.
Well-versed in API integrations, payment gateways, and booking orchestration logic, combined with a data-led approach using analytics, A/B testing, and performance KPIs to optimise guest experiences.
Familiarity with platforms such as INTERACT or ARDWEB along with a sound understanding of airline retailing models including codeshare and interline agreements, is highly valued.
