Job Overview

We are seeking Product Managers to join Jamjoom Pharma's Marketing team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Define problems faced by the brand team in private & tender sectors in the Saudi market, prioritize, research, analyze, and communicate insights to Sales & Marketing teams.
  2. Use statistical methods to draw conclusions and influence sales and key accounts.
  3. Track and analyze brand and competitor performance, initiatives, and growth drivers; recommend actions.
  4. Identify data sources and provide proactive analysis to address business issues and opportunities.
  5. Understand market research results, trends, business outcomes, competitors, clinical data, and customer needs.
  6. Align messaging with the Head of Marketing & Sales Management based on insights.
  7. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (MOH & CMS) and consider stakeholder perspectives in product and brand strategies.
  8. Anticipate future market issues and adapt strategies accordingly.
  9. Address problems proactively and maintain contingency plans.
  10. Secure management support when necessary and implement marketing initiatives per brand plans and SOPs.
  11. Manage ongoing programs, monitor results, and compare with KPIs.
  12. Support new product launches and provide sales forecasts and financial evaluations.
  13. Analyze promotional budgets and report to senior management.
  14. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet business goals in Saudi Arabia.
  15. Support sales force training and provide regular updates.
  16. Identify and recommend KOLs and speakers for educational programs.
  17. Achieve success in new product launches and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  18. Develop team members and foster a positive, change-embracing environment.
  19. Communicate effectively and hold team accountable for performance.

Qualifications

  1. Pharmacy Degree.
  2. MBA or marketing certification.
  3. Good medical/scientific knowledge.
  4. Over 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, including private and tender markets, with brand management experience.
  5. Experience in therapeutic areas such as antispasmodics, asthma medications, anti-vertigo, anti-inflammatory, antihistamines, antifungals, antibiotics, and OTC products.
  6. Strong background in trade marketing.
  7. Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare market, regulations, and business environment.
  8. Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, KPI setting, and dashboard analysis.
  9. Experience with business intelligence and market research tools like IQVIA.
  10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  12. Independent, proactive, with a sense of urgency and a can-do attitude.
