A leading entertainment company is seeking a Product Manager to oversee marketing campaigns for MDLBEAST Recordings artists. Responsibilities include managing artist promotions, creating marketing plans, and maintaining relationships with artists and teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the music industry and bring creative marketing ideas to the table.
Liaise with the Label Manager to formulate budgets and release schedules.
Initiate, plan and run marketing campaigns for MDLBEAST Recordings artists and brands adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Foster close working relationships with artists and their teams.
Create strategic marketing plans for both regional and internationally focused releases (promo, press, events, live streams, social media posts, content creation).
Manage all aspects of assigned artists development and promotion from concept to completion, working with internal departments (e.g. A&R, Social Media, Digital, Streaming, Creative, Finance) as well as outside partners and agencies (Business affairs, media agencies, PR companies).
Briefing designers (e.g.. artwork) and other content creators (e.g.. video) for the creation of relevant release assets.
Generation and distribution of effective Sales tools and Marketing materials including creative advertising assets (social media, TV, digital, press, online, radio, outdoor) under strict deadlines and budgets.
Ensure all relevant information on releases plans, changes and developments are shared to the relevant team members and external partners in a timely fashion
Provide ideas around Soundstorm and other MDLBeast Recordings brand events and any other key release opportunities.
Contribute to marketing brainstorms and assisting with the generation of creative marketing ideas including and not limited to; music videos, artwork, press shoots, social media content and other music content ideas including but not limited to remixes on social media platforms such as Instagram, YT Shorts and Tik Tok.
Work closely with artists' agents to capitalize on any live activity.
Any other role as required from time to time by the business.
Streaming & Data (Alongside Streaming team);
Build out DSP campaigns and pitches alongside the streaming and sales team, working directly with DSP s and our distribution partners.
Understanding and applying data and insight learnings to all campaigns to form best practice strategies.
Digital (Alongside Digital team):
Partner with key social content & music platforms around our campaigns (including but not limited to Youtube, Anghami, Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Deezer, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter).
Working with the Digital Marketing team to ensure release promotion on label socials remains on point.
Contribute ideas to audience growth strategies for our core label brands and playlists.
Ensure that our audience growth strategy is executed within all artist marketing campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ 2 years previous experience in the music industry is ideal but not a necessity.
Collaborative, team player able to form relationships with colleagues and artists on the roster.
Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Highly organized, self-motivated and efficient with the ability to meet deadlines.
Entrepreneurial and can do spirit, with a progressive and creative attitude to deliver unique, bespoke marketing ideas/campaigns for our artists and brands.
A strong general knowledge of the current music industry, the digital landscape and how this impacts on all areas of marketing. Hands-on experience with current marketing trends, digital innovation, data strategy, social strategy, new technologies, and influencer marketing.
Strong all-round marketing skills including Digital, Radio, Press, Online, TV advertising, and audience development.
Strong data proficiency and ability to interpret information for strategic decision making.
Experience of working with acts at different stages of their career, from developing to established.
A firm understanding of streaming and the role it plays within the modern business.
Passion for Electronic Music will help.

Ability to cope with fast paced, high pressure environment
Prepared to travel internationally as required
Good skills in standard G- Suit (Google Doc, Google Sheets etc.)
