What will you be doing?

This role is part of our Advanced Wound Care Division and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, product adoption, and revenue growth within the medical devices sector in Saudi Arabia. It involves strategic marketing planning, market analysis, customer engagement, and product promotion, tailored to meet the healthcare industry's needs in KSA.


What will you need to be successful?

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the medical devices portfolio aligned with business goals and regional objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and customer preferences specific to the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Lead product launches and promotional campaigns for new and existing medical devices.
  • Collaborate with sales, regulatory affairs, and product development teams for cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  • Plan and execute medical conferences, webinars, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Support the sales team with marketing tools and initiatives to drive growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively across initiatives.
  • Establish annual financial forecasts in coordination with the business unit head and finance department.

Successful candidates would need the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Experience working in KSA or GCC region is highly preferred.
  • In-theatre or clinical marketing experience is ideal.
