As a Product Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Driving product growth aligned with the company's goals.
2. Delivering a great user experience for our products.
3. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product specialists, field sales, and operations.
4. Acting as a liaison between Bayut and external parties such as government agencies.

In this role, you will:

1. Develop a deep understanding of our consumers and clients, including their preferences, pain points, and opportunities.
2. Maintain expertise in our domestic and international competitor landscape.
3. Serve as a bridge between the business and technology teams.
4. Lead cross-functional teams in designing, testing, delivering, and monitoring initiatives to achieve growth targets.
5. Enforce product usage SOPs within business teams.
6. Coordinate with government agencies such as REGA and ELM for technical collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

1. A data-driven approach with comfort in analyzing large datasets.
2. Ability to extract and prioritize user insights for product strategy.
3. Understanding of online marketing channels and experience in their optimization.
4. Familiarity with online product technology and leading engineering teams.
5. Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
6. Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, JIRA, or Redmine.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or data collection are a plus.
2. Proven experience in product or project management.
3. Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
4. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is advantageous.
5. Experience in a technology-driven services organization is preferred.
6. Experience with CRM platforms.
7. Understanding of real estate products and services.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency with digital tools for data analysis and reporting.
