We're looking for a Product Manager for the General Medicine, OTC, Primary Care business in KSA. This role will be based in Jeddah.

Description
- Conducts research, analyzes, and communicates insights to sales & marketing teams, utilizing statistical methods to draw conclusions.
- Offers insights to influence sales and key accounts.
- Tracks and analyzes Brand/competitor performance, initiatives, and key growth drivers; recommends actions.
- Determines appropriate data sources and proactively provides analysis to address business issues and opportunities.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of market research results, historical trends, business results, competitive offerings, clinical results, and consumer needs/gaps.
- Applies knowledge to identify new messages after alignment with Head of Marketing & Sales Management.
- Anticipates future issues and market changes, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
- Secures additional management support when needed and implements marketing initiatives in line with brand plans and SOPs.
- Delivers ongoing programs, ensuring key steps are completed and needs of key drivers (HCPs, Consumers, Retail, Hospitals) are met.
- Participates in new product launches, monitors results, and compares them against predefined KPIs.
- Supports sales forecasting and financial evaluations, formulating recommendations based on limited data.
- Monitors promotional budgets versus actual spending and reports to senior management.
- Supports sales force training and provides regular updates.
- Identifies KOLs, develops local advocates, and supports CME educational programs.
- Provides tools, designs, and executes marketing initiatives for new products and launches.
Profile
- Pharmacy Degree.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative, independent, and analytical thinker with a proactive attitude.
- Good medical/scientific knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and analytics.
- Experience with business intelligence/market research databases (e.g., IQVIA).
- Strong communication skills.
- Arabic speaker is mandatory.
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
