Job Overview:
We are looking for Product Managers to join Jamjoom Pharma Marketing team in Saudi Arabia.
Job Responsibilities
Define the range of problems facing the brand team in private & tender sectors in Saudi market, prioritize, conduct research, analyze, and communicate insight to Sales & Marketing teams.
Utilizes statistical methods to draw conclusions. Offers insight to influence sales / key accounts.
Tracks and analyses Brand/competitor performance, initiatives and their key growth drivers and recommends actions.
Determines appropriate data sources and proactively provides analysis to address business issues and opportunities.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of market research results, historical trends and business results, competitive offerings, clinical results, and customer’ needs/gaps.
Applies knowledge to identify new messages after alignment with Head of Marketing & Sales Management.
Possesses an in-depth understanding of legal and regulatory standards/requirements, MOH & CMS and uses that information to influence product direction/brand awareness at various levels considering all stakeholders.
Anticipates future issues, unforeseen changes in market conditions and implications of a given situation.
Demonstrates ability to address problems before they escalate and ensures contingency plans are in place.
Has strong handle of business situations and appropriately secures additional management support when needed.
Consistently implements marketing initiatives as defined in brand plans based on the guidance, he/she receives from Marketing Head in full compliance with Jamjoom Pharma SOPs.
Delivers on short term on-going programs by ensuring that all key steps of the projects are completed for all drivers: HCP, Consumer, Retail, and Hospital.
Participates in new product introductions through implementation of key programs, monitoring results and compares them Vs predefined KPIs.
Provides the assumptions and supports the sales forecasting and financial evaluations (e.g., new business cases).
Able to formulate and have confidence in recommendation based on limited/incomplete data.
Has skills to analyses and monitors Promo budget Vs actual spending / brand/ business sector / channel and to report to Head of marketing & Senior management.
Has capabilities to work cross functionally and cooperate with distinct functions in smooth and professional manner to drive the business in SA and deliver the goals.
Handles pressure and competing demands with ease and provides a controlled sense of commitment.
Has the skills to support in Sales Force training & give regular updates to the team.
Has the capabilities to identify KOLs /new speakers and recommend them to Medical & Marketing units to support in local & regional CME educational programs.
Has a successful record of achievements in new launches.
