Job Overview

We are seeking Product Managers to join Jamjoom Pharma's Marketing team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Define the challenges facing the brand team in private & tender sectors in the Saudi market, prioritize, conduct research, analyze, and communicate insights to Sales & Marketing teams.
  2. Utilize statistical methods to draw conclusions and influence sales/key accounts.
  3. Track and analyze Brand/competitor performance, initiatives, and key growth drivers, then recommend actions.
  4. Identify appropriate data sources and proactively analyze to address business issues and opportunities.
  5. Understand market research results, trends, business outcomes, competitive offerings, clinical results, and customer needs/gaps.
  6. Apply knowledge to develop new messaging in alignment with Marketing & Sales management.
  7. Understand legal and regulatory standards (MOH & CMS) and use this information to guide product direction and brand awareness, considering all stakeholders.
  8. Anticipate future issues and market changes, and develop contingency plans.
  9. Address problems proactively and secure additional management support when necessary.
  10. Implement marketing initiatives as per brand plans under guidance from the Marketing Head, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  11. Manage ongoing programs, ensuring completion of all key project steps across all drivers (HCP, Consumer, Retail, Hospital).
  12. Participate in new product launches, monitor results, and compare against KPIs.
  13. Support sales forecasting and financial evaluations, including new business cases.
  14. Make recommendations based on limited or incomplete data with confidence.
  15. Monitor promotional budgets versus actual spending and report to senior management.
  16. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business in Saudi Arabia and meet goals.
  17. Manage pressure and competing demands effectively, maintaining a professional approach.
  18. Support Sales Force training and provide regular updates to the team.
  19. Identify KOLs and new speakers to support local and regional CME programs.
  20. Achieve success in new product launches.
  21. Build relationships, create partnerships, and foster trust and idea sharing.
  22. Develop team members through coaching and support.
  23. Lead change initiatives, set aligned goals, and inspire others.
  24. Gather and evaluate information to make informed decisions.
  25. Communicate clearly and regularly.
  26. Establish accountability for team performance.

Qualifications

  1. Pharmacy degree.
  2. MBA or marketing certification.
  3. Strong medical/scientific knowledge.
  4. At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, including private and tender business, and brand management.
  5. Extensive knowledge in therapeutic areas such as antispasmodics, asthma medications, anti-vertigo, anti-inflammatory, antihistaminic, antifungal, antibiotics, antibacterial agents, and OTC products.
  6. Experience in trade marketing.
  7. Understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, system, dynamics, regulations, and MOH guidelines.
  8. Knowledge of digital marketing, digital channels, CRM, KPIs, and dashboard data interpretation.
  9. Experience with business intelligence and market research databases (e.g., IQVIA).
  10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  12. Autonomous, proactive, with a sense of urgency.
