Yours is a role that will see you designing, delivering and managing the IT systems and applications supporting Ground and Airport operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

One of your key roles is to oversee systems such as INK Delivery Management, check-in, boarding, baggage, government interactions, lounge services, and other airline systems - ensuring their user-friendliness for Riyadh Air ground staff and customers.

You will be responsible for ensuring system availability, performance, and maintenance, meticulously monitoring and enforcing SLAs for critical systems like boarding, baggage tracking, and airport management software. A key part of your role will be to secure sensitive passenger and operational data, ensuring compliance with global data protection standards like GDPR, PCI DSS, and aviation-specific regulations.

About You

Degree qualified, you will possess at least 7+ years of experience delivering IT projects and product management in Ground or Airport Operations systems.
