Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute tasks in line with policies and procedures to achieve sales targets and support strategic objectives.
2. Prepare technical and commercial offers for various products, ensuring compliance with client standards and requirements.
3. Respond to customer inquiries, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Perform technical calculations using CYMCAP software to address site-specific conditions and ensure optimal product performance.
5. Provide clients and contractors with installation advice, ensuring compliance with load and voltage requirements.
6. Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors, offering expert advice on products and projects.
7. Manage supplier negotiations, procurement coordination, and internal processes to meet product specifications and delivery timelines.
8. Build strong customer relationships through regular visits, needs assessment, and proactive resolution of concerns.
9. Oversee sales orders, shipping, invoicing, and progress reporting while supporting business development initiatives.
10. Conduct site visits, offer pre-sales and post-sales support, and prepare performance reports for management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
2. Up to 04 years of experience in a related field.
3. PMP, Sales & Marketing or any related training is an advantage.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Knowledge of MS Office.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
