Product Development Manager

The Product Development Manager will lead the design, development, and optimization of digital products. The role focuses on creating innovative solutions, enhancing user experience, and ensuring product-market fit. This individual will collaborate with technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products that drive business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• New Product Innovation: Research and conceptualize new digital products aligned with market needs.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end development of digital products from ideation to launch.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to refine product strategy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, designers, and business leaders to ensure seamless product development.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback.
• Agile Development & Execution: Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance product delivery speed and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in digital product development and operations.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer-centric design.
• Experience in product strategy, market research, and competitive positioning.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and product management frameworks.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with product analytics and performance measurement tools.
