About the Role

Are you a dynamic MarTech leader with a passion for delivering real-time, hyper-personalised customer experiences at scale?

Yours is a role that will lead the seamless delivery of Riyadh Air’s enterprise MarTech platforms, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and Sprinklr.

You will coordinate agile squads, technology vendors, and internal teams to activate omnichannel campaigns and bring marketing strategies to life through structured delivery plans. This pivotal requisition will span the full MarTech lifecycle, from implementation and integration to enhancement and performance optimisation, ensuring platforms evolve in line with the need of Riyadh Air.

A key component of the role is the ability to manage cross-functional delivery, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure execution precision in a fast-paced, agile environment. Your leadership will be central to shaping the digital marketing experience for Riyadh Air’s guests.

You’re fueled by a deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems, agile methodologies, and the transformative power of personalisation.

About You

Degree qualified, You will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in MarTech product delivery or campaign platform operations. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (including tools like AEM, Adobe Target, or Adobe Analytics) is essential.
