This role offers the opportunity to deliver modern self-service journeys, from check-in and disruption management to refund flows and payment confirmations. You will work across agile squads to execute sprint deliverables in line with roadmap priorities, driving transformation through structured release cycles and operational handovers.
You will collaborate closely with product, UX, engineering, and operations teams to ensure each digital interaction meets performance standards and enhances guest satisfaction. Proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous optimisation will be central to your success.
Your experience with Offer and Order retailing, API integration, and agile delivery will be critical in enabling transactional journeys that directly impact conversion, loyalty, and service excellence.

Degree qualified, You are well-equipped with a minimum of 7 years of experience in digital product delivery, coming from an airline or aviation environment. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-squad coordination is essential.
