Job description

Play an important role in leading Product Owners and cross-functional product teams through the process of designing and delivering digital solutions that solve business problems and capture opportunities, ensuring both creativity and relevance.

1. Define the product portfolio, make major product decisions, enact product road maps (which are developed by the product team) and work with the Digital Factory team to set priorities for what will be built and when.
2. Lead innovation in products with cross-functional teams and think creatively to deliver first class digital solutions that create rapid impact for employees, customers or advisors.
3. Prepare and present product visions and proposals to the leadership team and wider organization - outlining how new business opportunities are expected to promote business growth and profitability in line with Client X's strategic goals.
4. Display a dynamic leadership working with partners throughout the organization and leading product teams focused on innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, growth and success.
5. Nurture top talent, networks and partners - identifying and building relationships with candidates for key open positions and future positions created by growth.

Job Skills

• 12+ years of total experience including 5-7 years of best-in-class digital experience and knowledge.
• Deep understanding of Scrum/Agile and modern architectural approaches.
• Banking experience is a plus.
• A track record of setting technology strategy and architecture and bringing this to life digitally.
• Experience in large company transformations (typically in the consumer and technology sectors), and the managerial ability to lead and see the delivery through.
