Job description

Role:

Ensuring optimal product availability and inventory management to meet customer demand and support business growth, this includes Finished Goods, Fleet Spare Parts, ME Spare parts, ME Assets, Miscellaneous items belong to HR, Engineering and stationery.

Accountabilities:

1.Develop and implement strategies to optimize product availability across various channels.

2.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain, sales and marketing teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

3.Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately.

4.Coordinate with F.G source suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and distribution of F.G.

5.Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.

6.Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

7.Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess forecast performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

8.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand forecasts with promotional activities and market trends.

9.Continuously improve forecasting methodologies to reduce errors and enhance efficiency.

10.Maintain healthy operational days of supply at package and flavor levels to ensure inventory stability and avoid disruptions and parallel to organization’s benchmark and guidelines.

11.Manage marketing equipment, Fleet and miscellaneous store inventory, including ME assets and spare parts provided best in class utilization and efficiency for cash flow and support services department’s productivity.

12.Ensure inventory accuracy for spare parts and miscellaneous store by establishing a tracking module for healthy stocktaking checks and evaluate processed effectiveness.

Skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, or supply chain management within the FMCG industry, preferably in beverages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with computer usage of Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exhibits attention to details.
  • Strong teamwork skills (internal and external) and customer service attitude
  • Flexible and with a process improvement approach
