Job description

Overview

The Product Analyst will be part of the TV product and engineering team, responsible for writing and developing requirements, defining scope and objectives, testing, data migration, and designing both technical and functional aspects of subscriber management tools, websites, and multiscreen experiences/applications. This role spans from ideation to product launch and includes end-of-life management of existing products.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
  1. Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
  2. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications.
  3. Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures.
  4. Assist in developing business and operational processes and participate in creating system-training artifacts when required.
  5. Understand and advocate for customer needs, develop business cases, and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
  6. Develop clear and detailed business/technical requirements that align product development with the company's vision and growth objectives. Document business problems and solutions.
  7. Collaborate closely with software project managers, developers, hardware manufacturers, and technical solution providers to coordinate workstreams and stakeholders for timely and cost-effective delivery.
  8. Understand the end-to-end architecture of the products and services.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in multi-screen application development.
  3. Deep understanding of CRM and subscriber management systems.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze functional/non-functional requirements and seek clarifications for better understanding.
  5. Solid technical background with understanding or experience in software development and web technologies.
