We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team on Aramco projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for goods and services, ensuring that all purchases are made in accordance with Aramco's procurement policies, procedures, and standards. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with project teams to identify procurement needs, develop procurement strategies, and negotiate contracts with suppliers
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to meet project requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that goods and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Prepare and issue tenders and bids for goods and services, ensuring that all relevant documentation is included and that the tendering process is fair and transparent.
Administer contracts and agreements, including monitoring performance, managing changes, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
Manage the procurement process, including requisitioning, ordering, and expediting goods and services (as applicable)
Prepare and submit reports on procurement activities, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract management.
