Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calculate figures for food inventories, orders, and costs.
• Post invoices using computer programs.
• Conduct inventory audits and monitor PAR levels.
• Receive, unload, and process deliveries.
• Notify supervisor of low stock levels and reconcile shipping documents.
• Adhere to food safety policies and store records accurately.
• Speak clearly and professionally; maintain proper documentation.
