We are seeking a strategic and experienced Supplier Acquisition Specialist to expand and strengthen Madar's supplier network. In this foundational role, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing suppliers while establishing effective processes and best practices for supplier acquisition and relationship management. You will build strong partnerships with key suppliers, enhance onboarding efficiency, and ensure seamless integration with our marketplace strategy. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams—including Operations, Business Development, and Customer Success—to deliver a smooth supplier experience and support Madar's overall growth objectives.
The Supplier Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in developing Madar's supplier ecosystem, with a particular focus on the cement and building materials sector. You will identify and evaluate potential suppliers, manage onboarding to the platform, and ensure their offerings align with Madar's logistics and marketplace solutions. The role also involves supporting commercial discussions, monitoring supplier performance, and contributing to initiatives that enhance supplier engagement and strengthen Madar's marketplace value proposition.
