UPM is seeking a highly qualified Saudi candidate to fill the position of Procurement Specialist.

Functional Description:

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for sourcing goods and services that meet the company's operational needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. The role involves negotiating contracts, analyzing market data, and maintaining effective communication to build strong relationships with suppliers. All procurement activities should be conducted efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with organizational policies.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Source suppliers and maintain a reliable vendor network.
  2. Manage the procurement process, including issuing RFPs, evaluating bids, and selecting vendors.
  3. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure advantageous deals.
  4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
  5. Review, analyze, and approve purchase orders for goods and services.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to assess purchasing needs.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels.
  8. Prepare and analyze reports on market conditions and merchandise costs.
  9. Manage online purchasing systems.
  10. Generate regular reports and statistics as needed.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
