Job description

Job Title: Procurement QC Supervisor

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years

Salary: 14,000-17,000 SAR Gross

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Hold a university degree or equivalent with at least seven (7) years of inspection experience, or a high school diploma with ten (10) years of inspection experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in supervision of vendor inspection.
  2. Ensure procurement phase quality control requirements are met. Be well-versed with ISO 9001-2015, Saudi Aramco standards, and international standards.
  3. Be fully aware of the Saudi Aramco Project Material Management system. Coordinate with SAIR, QA manager, and project manager to adhere to procurement quality control standards.
  4. Review and submit Material Requisitions (MRs), review Purchase Orders (POs) prior to placement.
  5. Prepare Inspection and Approval Plan (IAP), arrange Project Inspection Meetings (PIM), and coordinate with Third-Party Inspectors (TPI).
  6. Review quality documents such as Inspection Test Plans (ITP), procedures related to product manufacturing.
  7. Ensure in-process inspections are conducted and provide advance notifications to clients.
  8. Coordinate with SAVID, TPI, GAS procurement, and expeditors regarding all quality-related issues.
  9. Review inspection reports and ensure documentation and records are current.
  10. Prepare weekly and monthly procurement QC reports, two-week fabrication inspection look-ahead reports, and update procurement QC logs.
  11. Assist the QA Manager with any quality concerns.
  12. Perform other activities as assigned by the direct reporting manager.
