Job description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager Procurement Processes & Systems to lead the design, implementation, and governance of globally harmonized procurement processes and digital tools. This role will be critical in ensuring process compliance, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration between procurement, IT, and business stakeholders.

As the global process owner, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while overseeing the use and optimization of platforms such as SAP Darpoh and the Jaggaer Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of standardized global procurement processes.
  • Manage and optimize procurement systems with a focus on digital efficiency and compliance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all procurement process-related topics across functions.
  • Translate business needs into technically viable and efficient process designs.
  • Monitor compliance with process standards and ensure proper governance is in place.
  • Collaborate closely with IT (as an internal service provider) and cross-functional teams (as internal customers).
  • Facilitate the implementation of global standards in diverse regional and local environments.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption of procurement tools and platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in procurement, process management, or IT system implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement systems, especially SAP and the Jaggaer Suite.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a multinational environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  • Comfortable networking and leading change across a complex international organization.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
