The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll be responsible for:


  • Preparing, coordinating and managing all activities related to (review/validate SOW, manage pre- and post-bidding process that includes contract pre-award, award, technical and commercial evaluations.
  • Assisting in the full contract lifecycle from the contract drafting process, T&Cs negotiating, and incorporating the effect of all negotiations to achieve a mutually agreed-upon agreement in alignment with the client’s legal team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing procurement/contracting awareness and guidance to non-procurement staff within the line of business.
  • Supporting in post-contract activities, such as extensions, terminations, amendments, change orders, and disputes (if any).
  • Assisting in drafting and developing the client suite of templates in coordination with the client’s legal team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assisting in formulating, implementing, and improving the client’s procurement policies and procedures and ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
  • Preparing and presenting regular and special reports/presentations on procurement activities with the ability to use the data for decision-making and improve procurement processes.
  • Working on multiple tasks and dealing with competing priorities, meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Supporting in mentoring and training the procurement team (new joiners), sharing knowledge and experience, and providing support and advice to develop their skills and uplift the team's capabilities.

  • A relevant degree qualification.
  • Professional membership.

You’ll also have:


  • Strong background in procuring, negotiation and placing large and complex packages.
  • Ability to navigate through complex procurement routes.
