We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procurement Manager with a strong background in purchasing agricultural commodities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with specific expertise in sourcing and procuring items such as soya, corn, poultry feed, and animal products.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for commodity purchases.
2. Source and negotiate with suppliers for optimal quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
3. Manage procurement of soya, corn, poultry-related items, and other animal products.
4. Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to optimize purchasing decisions.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
6. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and vendor databases.
7. Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement operations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Agriculture, or related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, specifically in commodities.
3. Proven experience in purchasing soya, corn, poultry feed, or other animal-related products.
4. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
