Job Summary

As a Procurement Manager at Crowne Plaza , you’ll play a key role in ensuring that the property operates efficiently by sourcing high-quality products and services at competitive prices. You’ll manage supplier relationships, oversee the full procurement process, and ensure compliance with IHG policies and local regulations — all while supporting the hotel’s commitment to delivering True Hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational goals and budget requirements.


Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts for food & beverage, operating supplies, engineering materials, and capital equipment.


Ensure consistent availability of goods and services to support hotel operations without disruption.


Lead purchasing activities with a strong focus on cost control, quality, and timely delivery.


Work closely with department heads to forecast needs and optimize stock levels.


Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier agreements, and inventory.


Ensure adherence to IHG procurement standards and sustainability practices.


Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and risk assessments.


Support internal audits and maintain full compliance with financial and operational procedures.


Train and supervise purchasing staff as applicable.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Hospitality Management (preferred).


Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in hospitality or F&B operations.


Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.


Knowledge of procurement software and inventory management systems.


Excellent communication and organizational abilities.


Strong understanding of local market regulations and international sourcing.


Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
