The Procurement Manager leads and executes sourcing strategies to ensure the timely supply of quality raw materials and operational goods. This role supports uninterrupted production and drives cost-effective procurement aligned with company objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to efficiently meet the company's needs.
  • Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers, fostering strong and reliable vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to manage inventory levels and ensure material availability without excess.
  • Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, cost analyses, and procurement budgets.
  • Review and approve purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal policies.
  • Stay informed on global and local market trends and assess their impact on the supply chain.
  • Supervise the procurement team and support their professional development.
