An established industry player is looking for a strategic Procurement Manager to enhance procurement operations in Saudi Arabia. Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Procurement Manager to build and optimize our procurement operations in Saudi Arabia. Procurement is the backbone of our business, and this role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain, vendor management, pricing, and purchasing processes operate at peak performance.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5+ years in Saudi Arabia, particularly in print production, fabrication, signage, packaging, or related industries. They must be an expert negotiator, a strong relationship builder, and a highly analytical decision-maker, capable of developing best-in-class procurement processes that ensure cost efficiency, quality control, and supplier reliability. This role involves structuring and strengthening the procurement department, securing the best vendor partnerships, driving cost savings, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations to support production and business growth. The candidate must have extensive experience in sourcing materials from China and India, handling international shipping and logistics, and possessing a deep knowledge of raw materials used in print production, fabrication, and signage manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience
• 8+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5+ years in KSA.
• Proven experience in procurement for the printing, signage, fabrication, or packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing materials from China and India, with experience in supplier negotiations, logistics, and import regulations.
• Deep understanding of raw materials used in print production, fabrication, and signage manufacturing.
• Experience in shipping, freight, and supply chain logistics management.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills and expertise in supply chain management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
Preferred:
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in the GCC, China, and India markets.
• Background in cost reduction initiatives, contract management, and compliance auditing.
