Job description

Our client is one of the leading companies in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry and they are now looking for a Senior Procurement or Procurement Manager to join their team in Riyadh OR Jeddah, KSA for a 6 - 8 Months contract. Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply for this position.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage sourcing, supplier selection, contracting, and policy compliance.
  2. Deliver cost savings and financial value through effective procurement practices.
  3. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  4. Support vendor onboarding, including risk assessments and system setup.
  5. Analyze procurement data and supplier performance to inform decision.
  6. Coordinate contract lifecycle and purchase order processing.
  7. Ensure adherence to procurement systems and standards (SAP, Coupa, Ariba, Jagger).

Qualifications:

  1. University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  2. Strong procurement, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
  3. Proven experience in stakeholder and supplier management.
  4. Ability to handle multiple projects in cross-functional environments.
  5. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  6. Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare and familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  7. Minimum 4 – 7 years (continuous) work-related skill, knowledge or experience in the Pharmaceutical or Hospital industry.
